1. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for everything uploaded from your account and for keeping your password safe.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. By uploading, you give AzadTube a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute and show advertising alongside your content on the service. You confirm you own the content or have permission to share it.

3. Rules

All content must follow our community guidelines. We may refuse, remove or restrict any content, and suspend any account, at our discretion.

4. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on AzadTube infringes your copyright, use the Report button or contact us with the video link and proof of ownership, and we will remove it promptly.

5. No warranty

AzadTube is provided "as is". We are not responsible for content uploaded by users and do not guarantee the service will always be available.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use AzadTube after a change means you accept the new terms.
